A second woman has accused Steven Tyler of sexual assault.
According to Ultimate Classic Rock, the accuser is a former child model named Jeanne Bellino, who met Tyler in New York in 1975 when she was 17 and he was 27.
Bellino claims that her and a friend were supposed to meet the group at the Warwick Hotel downtown and while walking down 6th Avenue with Tyler and his entourage, Bellino reportedly asked Tyler about his lyrics. Tyler then allegedly forced her into a phone booth and assaulted her.
Rolling Stone reports that the lawsuit says, “While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth. As Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he was humping her pretending to have sex with Plaintiff. Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passersby watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened.”
The lawsuit continues, “Tyler’s penis was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants.” She escaped the phone booth and was both shocked and in fear. It was also alleged that “Tyler’s bandmates and members of the entourage watched, laughed and did nothing to intercede.”
After the phone booth incident took place, Bellino and Tyler's entourage reportedly went back to the Warwick Hotel where the rockstar allegedly grinned against Bellino and forcible kissed her, despite her resisting.
She was also summoned to his room.
Bellino says in the lawsuit that she “has suffered and will continue to suffer, great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal and psychological injuries” from the alleged assault” and that she was hospitalized and given medication following the incident.
Bellino says she still needs medication to “cope with the sexual assault and has suffered long-term physical injury associated with the trauma.”
