El Paso School District to Provide WiFi Hotspots for Student use

The El Paso School District is set to provide WiFi hotspots for students to use during the coronavirus emergency. The district already provided thousands of laptops and over a thousand WiFi hotspots, but a new survey shows nearly a-thousand families still don’t have an internet connection at home. KDBC reported yesterday that district spokesperson Alex Ramos says this Thursday and Friday 250-WiFi hotspots will be handed out each day around the city for students to use.
