Man Federally Charged For Alleged Threats After Governor’s Coronavirus Actions

An Albuquerque man is facing federal charges for allegedly posting messages threatening to kill New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and law enforcement officers. The U.S. Justice Department says Daniel Mock made an initial appearance in federal court on Wednesday. Mock allegedly made the threats on the governor’s Facebook page twice this month after she announced school closings and a ban on large public gatherings because of the coronavirus.
