Police say Suspect Admits Responsibility for Deadly Arson

El Paso Police investigators say the suspect in a deadly arson case is admitting his responsibility for the crime. KDBC cited court documents yesterday which say 40-year old Philip Mills admitted to investigators he purposely set fire to his house on Fandango Place last Friday. He said his 54-year old brother Paul and his 84-year old mother Florence wouldn’t follow the Bible so he set fire to the house while they were inside. Paul Mills died later in the hospital and Florence Mills is in critical condition in a Lubbock burn center.
