Teens Face Charges After Firing Shots at Police Officer’s Home

A trio of teens face charges after firing a gun at the home of an Albuquerque Police officer.

A KRQE report yesterday says around noon Tuesday the 18-year old and two younger teen companions were waiting for a girl in a different house to sneak out and meet them. When she opted out of the escapade, the teens got mad and drove around firing a weapon, but the bullets hit the neighbor’s house who happens to be a police officer. The officer’s unit was parked in front of his house at the time. Police spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos says the three face multiple charges. There are no reports of injuries.
