Vaping-Related Lung Injuries In New Mexico Reach 20

New Mexico health officials say three more cases of vaping-related lung injury have been found in the state recently.

This brings the total number of cases this year up to twenty, but officials believe the outbreak may have already peaked. Most cases across the country have been connected to black market T-H-C cartridges, and this week the C-D-C identified vitamin E acetate as a possible agent causing the illnesses. More than twenty-one hundred cases of vaping-related lung injury have been reported across the country this year.
